Location & Getting Here
Where exactly is Triumph Regency OMR Chennai, and how far is it from the airport and the upcoming metro?
We are at 147, Eswaran Salai, Karapakkam, Sholinganallur, Chennai - 600119, on the OMR IT Express Corridor. The upcoming Karapakkam metro station is about 100 m away, Chennai International Airport is 20 to 25 km (about 35 minutes), and Tambaram railway station is 20 to 25 minutes by road. World Trade Centre is about 10 minutes from the hotel.

What room categories can I book?
4 categories across 65 rooms: Executive King and Executive Twin at 300 sq. ft. each, the 320 sq. ft. Triumph Club King, and the day-use Smart Day Room at 270 sq. ft. Every room has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a work desk, a minibar, an in-room safe and a complimentary breakfast buffet. See the Rooms page for full details.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 12 noon. Book directly on this website and we offer early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability, on every room category.
What extra benefits do I get by booking directly?
Book directly on this website, by phone or by email and you get an extra 5% off when you sign up as a member (stackable with other discounts), a 10% discount on food and beverage, complimentary laundry for up to 2 clothing items, and complimentary airport pickup or drop-off.
What is the Smart Day Room and how does day use work?
The Smart Day Room is a 270 sq. ft., city-view room sold for day use on a flat day-use rate, plus GST. Check in during the morning, freshen up, work and head out the same day: it suits a maximum of 2 guests and does not take an extra bed. See the Smart Day Room page for more.

Is breakfast included with my stay?
Yes, a complimentary breakfast buffet is served in our multi-cuisine restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30 AM. The restaurant then serves à la carte through the day, with a chargeable set menu at dinner.
What are the restaurant and cafe hours?
Our multi-cuisine restaurant is open from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM daily, and The Cafe in the open lobby is open from 6 AM to 10 PM daily, for coffee and quick bites between meetings. See Dining for more.
Meetings & Events
Can the hotel host meetings and conferences?
Yes. Apex takes up to 50 guests in theatre, classroom or U-shape setups with a projector and in-built screen. Pinnacle and Vertex are 12-seat boardrooms, each with a TV for screening. Summit Rajam The Grand Hall, a 2,700 sq. ft. banquet hall for up to 200 guests, opens soon and suits weddings and celebrations as well as corporate events. Is Wi-Fi available, and how fast is it?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi runs at 25+ Mbps across the hotel.
Is parking available?
Yes, free self-parking is available for all guests.
Is there a spa or a swimming pool?
Both are coming soon to Triumph Regency. Until they open, our fitness centre runs from 7 AM to 7 PM. Please check with reception for updates or write to us for advance notice.
Hotel Policies
Is there a child policy?
Children aged 0 to 6 stay complimentary. Every room takes up to 2 adults plus 1 child, except the Smart Day Room, which is for a maximum of 2 guests, and an extra bed is available on all categories except the Smart Day Room.
How do I pay for my stay?
You can pay at the hotel, or use the online payment gateway on this website, which is currently being set up.
Are non-smoking rooms available?
Yes, non-smoking rooms are available across all categories.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the hotel is wheelchair accessible and a wheelchair is available on request.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted at the hotel.
