Guest Registration Terms
- This website is the direct reservation channel for Triumph Regency OMR Chennai, operated by RAJAMMAL HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED.
- Visitors are discouraged from entering guest rooms. Guests wishing to receive a visitor are requested to inform the Duty Manager, and visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 9 PM.
- Room charges are levied according to occupancy at the time of check-in.
- Guests are required to furnish their particulars as required under applicable Indian law at the time of registration.
- House rules are displayed at the reception desk and are also available via a QR code placed in guest rooms.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety of children accompanying them during the stay.
- In-room lockers are provided for guest use. The hotel's liability for items placed in these lockers is limited, and guests are encouraged to exercise reasonable care with valuables.
- Guests are required to settle all bills raised during the stay before departure. Personal cheques are not accepted as a mode of payment.
- The hotel may seek credit-card pre-authorisation to secure charges for the stay and any incidental expenses.
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during the stay. A deep-cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected in a non-smoking room.
- The hotel reserves a lien over guest baggage and belongings in the event of unpaid dues.
- Guests agree to indemnify the hotel against any loss, claim or liability arising from their acts or omissions during the stay.
- The hotel reserves the right of admission and may decline to provide accommodation or service at its discretion.
- The hotel reserves the right to remove a guest from the premises in the event of a breach of these terms, or conduct causing nuisance to other guests or staff.
- The hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events.
- Where the hotel is found liable for a claim relating to a stay, that liability is limited to the amount paid by the guest for the stay in question.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city in which the hotel is located.
- Hotel staff may need to access a guest room during the stay for servicing or safety reasons. Guests who prefer to opt out of a particular visit may inform the Duty Manager.
- Where a guest is unable to present a physical identity document, Aadhaar-based offline verification may be accepted as an alternative, subject to the guest's consent.
ID & Check-in
- Every resident guest above the age of 12 is required to carry a valid photo identity document of their own.
- Indian nationals may present a driving licence, voter ID or passport as valid identification.
- Foreign nationals must present a valid passport together with a valid visa. This is mandatory for check-in.
- Guests are requested to share their expected arrival details with the hotel in advance as part of pre-registration.
GST
- Guests wishing to claim GST input credit are requested to share their GSTN with the hotel before checkout. GST invoices cannot be reissued once a guest has checked out.
Guarantee
- Reservations made without a guarantee, such as a payment or credit-card hold, are subject to automatic cancellation if the hotel sells out for the requested dates.
Tariff & Booking
- Room tariffs are quoted per room, per night, with applicable taxes additional to the quoted rate.
- Room upgrades, where requested, are subject to availability at the time of check-in.
Guest Data & Consent
By providing personal information at the time of booking, registration or check-in, guests consent to the hotel collecting and using such information for reservation processing, registration and other operational and legal purposes.
